Payment Policies:
1.  NO deposits on Waterproofing.  
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion.

2.  48 hours notice is required for scheduling changes.  Any job cancelled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of commencment is subject to a $200 fee.

3.  Foundation Repair and Concrete Work may require a small deposit and / or draw for materials prior to completion.

4.  All payment terms shall be agreed upon, in writing, prior to commencement of work.
