Interior Drainage Systems (Waterproofing):
for ONLY...$32 or less, per linear foot, Completed.
Minimum 50 linear feet, extended through February 28, 2011.

Depending on your unique circumstances, an "Interior Drainage System" may be the most economical way to completely stop the water from entering
the living space of your basement.*

Cost of an Interior Drainage System should range:

$28 - $44 per linear foot
(Cost should never be over $45/ foot beware of Companies charging more.)

The major factors we consider when estimating are:

1. Length of total system to be installed.
&
2. Difficulty of Installation, primarily, how difficult will it be for our crew to access your bare wall.

After inspecting your home and taking into consideration
these several important factors:

a) actual cause of leak
                                    b) type and condition of foundation wall
         c) landscaping and decking
                                  d) basement finished or unfinished, and
                  e) the depth of your foundation

We may Suggest Our
"Interior Drainage System"

*Please Note:
Not all basements can be correctly repaired by installing an Interior Drainage System. Beware: some companies may lead you to believe otherwise.  In most cases, cement block or cinder block walls are great candidates.  In some cases, poured concrete walls can be repaired from the interior, however, Exterior Waterproofing (see exterior waterproofing page) is the preferred method of repair for poured walls.

Of Course, All of Our Waterproofing Work is
Guaranteed for the Lifetime of your Home.

We go to great lengths to be as unintrusive to your home as possible.  Carpet Saver, floor runners, plastic sheeting to cover contents and control dust, and complete clean-up of all work areas are trademarks of our crew.

The Actual Process:

1.  Floor is removed 18"-24" from leaking wall.

2.  4" trench is created next to footing.

3.  All debris is hauled away.

4.  3" Perforatted, schedule 30 PVC pipe is installed in trench.
Pipe is attached to bleeder, floor drain or sump pump.

5.  Pipe is covered with 6a (3/8"-5/8") washed stone.

6.  "Weeping" holes are drilled in each cell of block.

7.  Channeled cove plate is installed on footing.

8.  Concrete is replaced.

Upon completion, all work areas are
thoroughly cleaned.
